Bottle at the flat in Sofia - scooped up from 1001 Beers. Pours black-brown with a frothy, beige head. Excellent dark malt showcase, some ashy roast, cocoa, earth, burnt rubber and smoke, a dash of dried dark fruits, leather, raisins, charred meat. Medium to full bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more hearty dark malts, scorched earth, ash, bittersweet cocoa. Great stuff.
