A dry-hopped saison brewed with our friends at Solemn Oath Brewery in Naperville, Illinois. This beer is hopped exclusively with Ella for resilient flavors of grapefruit, guava, spice, and star anise. Each sip is full of floral, dry, and effervescent character, but low enough in alcohol to keep things chill. Named in reverence of the dearly departed Barbara Holland of Stranger Things. Can artwork by Chloe Feldman Emison of Longfellows Coffee and Jourdan Gullett of Solemn Oath.

Can at home in NH. Mild gusher. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white light. Lightly sweet with notes of bitter grain husk, pale biscuits, light yeast, straw, lemon peel. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Dry finish, crunchy biscuits, pale grain, dirty hay. Simple gear. Not bad overall.
