(Bottle) Deep golden colour, slightly hazy, with brief foamy white head. Fruity, slightly hoppy nose with notes of tart apples, fresh hops, a touch of yeast, barnyard, citrus and herbs. Fruity, slightly tart taste with green apples, fresh hops, herbs, citrus, barnyard and a bittersweet finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty, with balanced notes of both hops and acidity. Quite nice
