Full pour at Birch's. Lightly tart, sweet fruit and some salt. Purple beer so that is unusual.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear ruby red with a pinkish purple head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has tart black currant with a bit of yogurt and wheat supporting. Flavor has sweet black currant with a touch of tartness and a sweet wheat backbone.
