Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008.Hazy medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, wheat, fruity, citrus, honey sweet alike. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (160508)

Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Small head with short duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are malt and hops with notes of citrus.

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. A totally unclear yellow beer wtih a dense off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of citrus and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of brewmash and citrus, leading to a dry bitter finish. I guess brewing cereal (corn) has been used.

Draught at ÅBF08. Citric aroma. Very cloudy pale yellow colour, nice white head. Citric aroma. The flavour is also citric. Nice and naturtrüby.

Muddy pale yellow with a lasting white head. Grain and spicy hops in the nose. Clean, simple pilsner flavour with a little hop.

Draught at Aarhus Festival. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Nice grassy notes. Light bitter flavor. Light bitter ab´veareg finish. Honey notes. Oily palate, quite nice. Interresting.

Århus2008. From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white. Mild wheaty aroma. Flavour is mild wheaty and mild spiced. Ends light wheaty. Plain and simple, or my notes are sketchy as the lady poouring this kept talking and the two cute Ceres chicks kept wandering around in front of us...didn’t help on the beer though :)
