Keg at the Pembury Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Quite basic, has some mild apple notes, lemon rind, pale bread, light bitter hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more biscuity pale malts, vague lemony hops, low bitterness, straw. Easygoing.
