Bottle at home in London - picked up at the Lab. Gusher! Didn’t lose too much, though. Pours clear, vibrant copper-ruby with a thick, creamy yellow-tan head. The nose has some lightly tangy berries, bread, yeast. Medium sweet flavor with nicely rounded bready malts, light caramel, figs, more berries, light phenols, minimal bitterness, faint alcohol. Medium bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish with further lightly toasted bread, toffee, ripe berries, touches of leather. Smooth and very drinkable.
