Bottle at home in Salisbury - picked up from a trade. Pours clear, light gold with a creamy, white topping. Lightly sweet, subdued funk, some minerality, pale grain, mild acidity, soft lemony notes. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, quenching, moderate salinity, further restrained lemony tartness, soft funk. Really good stuff. Overall, quite subtle and complex.
