Aged for over 12 months in 100% Stainless, Batch #2 of Katahdin Fields showcases the versatility of our house culture with Brett's notable and funky pineapple notes taking center stage. Our house culture is an ever evolving concoction including some wild yeast harvested from right here on our farm. Coming in at 5.5% and with a Brett focus, this batch leans more towards an amped up table beer with a light, effervescent, and super refreshing profile rather than any pronounced souring experience.

Bottle shared in Larchmont - cheers to Sander. Pours lightly unclear gold with a small, creamy white topping. Lightly sweet, very slightly funky, muted yeast expression, a little wheat. Light bodied, delicate carbonation. Decent balance to finish. Not bad.
