Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Noticed it had a distended bottom so cracked the seal tightly and let it release some air for a few hours. So, once opened, it didn't gush, but it likely would have if I didn't air it out! Pours unclear orange-gold with a billowing, frothy white head. Lightly sweet with moderate semi-ripe citrus character, some flinty dryness, orange pulp, white pepper, pine needles, lemon rind, pale bread crust. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more rindy citrus, pale bread, a little zesty lemon and tangerine, more white pepper, pine. Interesting beer.
