Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Figs & Grain. Pours clear gold with a modest, frothy pure white head. Medium sweet with rich pale malt foundation, some hearty ripening citrus fruits, sticky pine, tangerine, orange, melon, peach. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming finish, resinous, nicely bittersweet, more juicy citrus and piney hop character. Honestly, it's pretty good stuff. Nice throwback style sauce.
