A traditional Czech style pilsner, pale gold in colour with slightly sweet notes and spice from the Saaz hops. A yeasty aroma and with a slight tang in the aftertaste will remind you of drinking pivo in Prague.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from All Good Beer. Pours totally clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with some simple dry biscuits, a smoky off note, perhaps chlorine, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more of that off note - smoke, chlorine - mellow bitter straw, bread crust. Not great.
