Bottle at home in London - picked up at the London Brewers Market. Pours clear, relatively light brown with a small, foamy tan head. The aroma holds faint roasted malts, burnt toast, light coffee and toasted caramel. Light-medium sweet flavour with more burnt toast and caramel, weak coffee, some earthy bitterness, leathery berries. Light bodied with average carbonation. Bitter finish, with more earth, a little ash, leather, faint coffee, impressions of cocoa. So so overall. A bit thin.
