Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up at Beer Shop in town. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold wth a creamy white head. Not great, lots of doughy white bread, simple sugars, maybe a nippy butter, lightly bitter straw, pale grains. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sugary finish, more basic white bread, dough, hay, a suggestion of paper. It is just about drinkable but certainly not pleasurable.
