Cask at the Axe - Stokey. Pours clear gold with a frothy, pure white head. Biscuity pale malts in the nose, hay, lemon. Light sweet flavour with some doughy mats, mild bitter straw and grass, more lemony hops, a touch of tangerine. Light bodied with fine carbonation - nice condition. Balanced finish, more biscuits, straw, lemon rind and cleansing grass. Nice golde.
