Tap. Pours crystal clear pale golden, tiny white head, some lacing. Aroma is heavy ginger root, a bit of green apple. Flavor is also ginger forward, real fresh ginger root, some apple as well. Light sweet and a bit tart. Lightly spicy from the ginger. Medium body, light carbonation.
