COSMIC DISCO EGG is a New Zealand dry-hopped lager brewed with our neighbours Hop Burns & Black.
Jen and Glenn were the first people to introduce us to the many wonderful beers from their home country Aotearoa, so to brew a beer together using hops from their side of the planet really fills the cup. Fermented low and slow, with plenty of cold conditioning before a dry-hop of Wai-iti for a clean and crisp lager with subtle stone fruit notes.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from E5 Bakehouse. Pours clear yellow with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with fresh, pale biscuits, lemon, kiwi, grapefruit, peach, light bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, lightly drying, more pale biscuits, lemon rind, pithy grapefruit, mellow peach. Super drinkable, nice character.
