SUDS is a nice and easy Summertime lager.
We use a light Pilsner malt base, and get some bitterness from Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saaz hops in the kettle. Fermented out with S-189 yeast and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria for citrus aromas.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the Quarter Store. Pours clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, mostly pale grain character, some slight apple notes, lemon rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, nips of lime, more pale grains, straw. Not bad.
