Bottle thanks to Sarah! Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a lot of Brett with straw, earthy grains and some sweet light fruits supporting. Flavor has light fruits with straw and grain supporting and a bit of Brett backing.

This is a dry brett saison. Hazy appearance, dry wtirh hteasr initially, then a little sweetness.
