Bottle at the flat in Gabrovo - picked up at 100 Beers. Pours clear ruby-orange with a quickly fading off-white foam head. Lots of acetobacter, red wine vinegar, tart berries, grapes, a hint of caramel. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Moderately sweet finish that gets cut through fairly quickly with acetic twang, some citric bite, a little woody dryness. Some mellow alcohol warmth and a little acidic bite in the throat. An interesting beer overall, if just a little rough around the edges.
