Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - Hackney, London. Day 5. Pours mostly clear copper with a frothy, off-white head. Nice piney hop character, grass, earth, light sweetness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Bitter and resinous finish. Nice overall.
