Meg at the brewery taproom. Pours totally clear yellow with a creamy, white head. Crispy cereal in the nose, simple bread, straw. Light sweet flavour with mild bitter hay, grass, straw, biscuits, white bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, more biscuits and cereal, straw. Simple pils.
