Draft @ the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel aroma. Fruity malty grainy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel finish.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear ruby-brown with a thick, lasting khaki cream head. The nose holds toasted wheat bread, ripe fruits, berries, caramel. Medium sweet flavor with rich, ripening fruit character, more berries, toffee, lightly toasted bread, slight bitter berry skins, puts, earth, plum, raisin. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation and creamy texture. Sweet finish, just lightly sticky, with more plump, ripe berries, creamy toffee, bready malts. Good dunkel.

Keg at the brewery. Nice reddy brow. Coloured pour with a big creamy lasting head. Aroma is nutty, dried fruit plastic, orange rind, cake, rum. Flavour is composed of nutty cakey malts, some hot alcohol. Dried fruit, cakey. Palate is semi sweet, moderate creamy, moderate carbonation. Good.
