Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with minimal head. Lightly sweet, a little funky, ample floral notes, some lemongrass, light citric notes, some cellar cobwebs. Light bodied, fairly soft. Lightly bitter finish, some lemon peel, musty hay, old wood, grass. Interesting stuff. Not a fabulous beer by any means, but interesting.

Cask at the pigs ear beer festival 2021. A hazed brushed gold orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is bretty funk, tangy pineapple, straw grass, some green apple. Palate is tangy, sour tart, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed straw, sour green apple paint, some alcohol. Grass. Meh lingering bretty funk.
