PEDALO is a sour beer made with the East Asian citrus fruit Yuzu.
Brewed in collaboration with Peckham’s finest Brick Brewery. We sour this one with Lactobacillus Plantarum before fermenting it with Kveik yeast. Yuzu then goes in for a refreshing citrus zing.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the Quarter Store. Pours clear pale yellow with a spritzy, white foam head. Lightly sweet with fresh zesty yuzu, mild lemony tartness, a hint of wheat. Light bodied with sparkling carbonation. Clean, lightly drying finish, more fresh and zesty citrus character, lemon, yuzu. Delightfully drinkable.
