Draft at the blendery during the 3rd anniversary celebration. Pours clear, orange-gold with a few bubbles on top. Strong grassy character, ample drying pale wood, lightly acidic. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Finishes with further quenching grassy notes, tangy pale wood. Quite good unblended sauce.
