Bottle in Sofia - picked up at 100 Beers. Pours black-brown with a huge, billowing frothy tan head. The nose has some ashy roast, dry cocoa. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of charred toast, bitter dark chocolate, tangy espresso, earth. Medium bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Finishes with drying ashy character, more baking cocoa, burnt brown bread. Pretty good take on the style.
