Bottle at the hotel in Sofia - picked up at 1001 Beers. Bit of a gusher. Afterwards, it pours a clear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. A little funky manure in the nose, pale bread, melon and tangerine. Light-medium sweet flavour with mild grassy bitterness, some further interesting funky, musty haybales. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, if a little sweet, with some ripening tangerine, more bretty funk, doughy biscuits. Enjoyable brew.
