Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours totally clear gold with a small, creamy white head. Nice aroma, some pleasant saison yeast, dried wheat flakes, clean lemon peel, hay, grapefruit. Light sweet flavour with more crispy wheat bread, light bitter hay and grass, more lemon peel, background yeast base. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Well balanced finish, with notes of sourdough bread, more wheat, hay, lemon peel, low bitterness. Touches of citric tang. Honestly? It's a really solid, really drinkable saison.
