Tap. Pours deep chestnut, medium creamy tan head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is roasty, cocoa, anise, pumpernickel. Flavor is dark chocolate roasty, medium sweet, medium bitter, rich with dark fruit flavors. Medium plus body, creamy. Quite nice, and this from somebody who does not normally like Baltic porters.
