From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden orange with a bubbly off-white head. Light sweet fruity hops aroma. Flavour starts fruity sweet before a light bitter/acid mix appears. Goes slowly more bitter into the finish and hence slowly accumulating a nice dry bitterness.

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A light amber beer with a medium beige head. The aroma is ery lightly malty. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of fruit, leading to a dry and lightly bitter and flowery finish.

Cask handpull at Wenlock. Copper with thin white head. Good malts on this one. Condition of the beer in this pub is remarkable. Never had a bad pint. Caramel malt aroma. Some earthiness, toffee and herby hop in mouth. Dry hop finish. Good bitter, bit of cream in there
