Cask at Crateland. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold with a lasting, creamy white head. Nice aroma, flowery hops, a little lemon peel, dry dough. Light sweet flavour with subtle minerality, sourdough bread, more lemon peel, straw, biscuit, mild grassy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation; pretty good condition. Pretty well balanced on the finish, with more grassy and floral hops, dry biscuits, hay, citrus peel. Nice beer.
