27 November 2019. At Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Cheers to the Teamleader colleagues! Pours hazy yellow with a quickly thinning, frothy, white head. Aroma of unripe apricot, mandarin, lime, yellow apple, wheat, citrus air freshener. Taste has sour apple, lime, lemon acid, some sweetish mandarin & wheat. Dryish, tart, fruity finish, lingering lemon acid & apple. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Not getting much mango, bit too much acid too.

Can at home thanks to Nische. Bit hazy golden with fizzy white head. Sour grains, soft mango and orange followed by strong bitter mango and lime peel. Light mineral CO2 and bitter herbs. Medium sour and bitter. Over light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Bitterness and sourness often clashes in beer, and this is no exception. I’d have like more mango and way less of the harsh green mango peel.
