We love brewing and drinking Mild and for us, the layers of malt flavour we can impart into a darker mild really add to the complexity that this deceptively light in ABV style can carry. Expect notes of brown bread toast, caramel and molasses giving way to the gentle fruity notes of the hops.

Can from Against The Grain. Hazy ruby body with a beige head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of earth and Twiglets. Flavour of blackcurrant, toast and ash. Thin to medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. It’s malty and quite bitter - more bitter than I expected.
