Cloudy orange. Off-white head and lacing. Fruity aroma and taste with biscuits and fermented berries. Well-balanced and refreshing, with fine berries in aftertaste.

Leicht trübes dunkel rötlich-pinkes Bier mit pinker Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr fruchtig, Waldbeeren, Johannisbeeren, etwas säuerlich, so ist auch der Geschmack.

Bottle, thanks Eddan. Hazy reddish with a creamy white head. The aroma was quite weak, some fruit. The taste was also weak, slightly tart. This one reminded of juice, very easy to drink.

750ml bottle. Cloudy red to purple coulour with average, frothy, moderately lacing, pinkish off-white head. Fruity aroma with explicit black currant notes. Nice balanced taste, sweet fruity, tart and dry notes are harmonically combined. Nice.

750 ml bottle, shared with brenn79. 6.4 % ABV. Bottled on January 2, 2006. I don’t know if this is meant to be aged or not. Found it on the discount shelf at my local beer shop. Pours a cloudy orange with a giant long-retaining cream-colored pillowy head. Aroma is funky, overripe fruit. Taste is sweet and lightly tart. A bit simplistic. Too many bubbles in the mouth. Tastes old. I hope I didn’t do the beer an injustice by rating an expired bottle. Couldn’t finish it.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks MM!). Hazy orangeish golden colour with small fluffy head. Aroma is sour berries, some wood and mild notes of yeast. Flavour is quite similar with also some grains and fruity notes. Actually gets a bit better once warming up a bit. Pleasant fruit/berry beer.

1 pint 9.4 fluid ounce bottle - you do the math. Almost a gusher, but just missed. Muddy brown with giant chunks and floaties. Massive beige head that never settles. Aroma of hay, mud, fruit. Taste is very slightly sour, raspberry, fruitcake. Not bad.
