Das Bier wird vom Brauereigiganten "Sun InBev" in der Brauerei Yantar' gebraut und man findet es in fast jedem Supermarkt. Das Etikett mit einem gefüllten Bierglas und dem deutsch wirkenden Namen "Taller" ist im Gegensatz zu den meisten ukrainischen Etiketten recht einfach und hässlich. Lt. Beschreibung ist es nach belgischen Rezept hergestellt. Mit all diesem Hintergrundwissen habe ich mir nicht besonders viel erwartet, aber es ist wirklich voll in Ordnung. Es rinnt klar ins Glas und hat eine schöne langanhaltende Schaumkrone. Geschmacklich kommen leichte Aromen nach Biskuit gepaart mit einer feinen Ausgewogenheit zwischen Hopfen und Malz durch. Mag hier gar tatsächlich ein gutes belgisches Rezept aus dem Riesenkonzern dahinter stehen? Ich bin ja kein Freund der Großbrauerei, aber das Bier ist wirklich gut.

At a tasting, thanks, very little head, clear quite deep yellow color, malty, candy, cardboarrd aroma, fruity candy flavor, quite sweet but diluted, no bitterness. Not good.

Süßlich herber Antrunk, wässrig. Sofort im Anschluss muffig, die Wässrigkeit nimmt zu. Spülwasser Abgang. 10/6/5/5/8/5

Can outside Tachles Bar. Grainy, corn, a bit of wort. Sweetish flavor, metallic bitterish finish. Light-bodied. Not good, but could be worse.

Look: clear yellow, small white frothy head.
Aroma: barely some malt sweetness, sulfur/sweat.
Taste: prickly CO2, mineral water, light malt sweetness, husky, light salty and acid, no hops at all.

Got this beer in the brown bottle with a similar label, so it might just be the normal Taller rather than the Pils version. Either way, pale beer with a pretty big head actually. Has no a crisp almost bitter taste and then finishes off with a rather metallic aftertaste. An ok standard beer at a nice cold level.
