8.5oz bottle. Filtered looking orange-tan body. Thin, soda-like white head. Some cheesy funky sour tones in the aroma, white wine as well. Some saki notes perhaps. Not a lot going on malt-wise, more of a show of the yeasts, which really aren't that impressive on their own. Sort of like a funky, sort of off Berliner. Unspectacular. Cider-saki-soda tone.

Bottle. Pours an earthy gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has sake yeast and light tart fruits with earthy grains and some oak backing. Flavor has koi and light tart fruits with a decent amount of oak and some earthy grains supporting.
