From bottle at Bier Xperience Steenwijk 2016. Aroma is huge overwhelming peat, sweetish malt, raisins, some notes of wood. Flavour is sweet and a bit boozy. Body is medium to full. Mainly peaty, not balanced at all, way too much peat for my taste. Prefer the base beer.

Very nice beer. Nice malty estery body. Yeast is great, drives the beer. Clean and full. Smoke is great and whiskey-like. Bierkonig ams

Fles 33cl thuis. Kalme rooksmaak, bacon, laurier, salmiak, hout, beetje whisky, bittertje, zoethout, redelijk stroperig. (7-2-2021).
