2003 bottle: Cloudy amber with a short white head. Aroma is heavy matured (old bottle from Delerium cafe) Heavily sweet & light vinous. Close to be over the top but still nice! Amazing that the fools behind the bar could pull something like this!

Bottle: Light brown and orangish hazed, very small white head. Aroma is sweet malt and spice, the suttle smell of honey. Taste is a rich malt, with tea like characteristics with a sweet bite to it.

Bottle. Unclear, orange body, topped by a small, beige head. Cellar, honey, sweetness, some spices and sourness on the nose. The flavor is sweet and spiced, with some hops, honey and a touch of sourness. Medium to full body. Some herbal notes, sweetness and honey in the finish. Drinkable indeed, but not too interesting. Bottled as t’Smisje Honing
(RB has an old label)
Hazy amber brown, not much head. Caramelly, sour yeasty, burnt sugar mixed with honey aroma. Carbonated, sourish-bitter, peppery with hints of honey . Quite interesting brew, not sweet as you could expect from honey beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark golden beer with a fairly small, white head. If you fear a cloyingly sweet beer from the honey you’re dead wrong. Actually the bitter hops are much more accentuated than the sweetness. OK, but average. 110798

Bottled. Clear amber. Sweet and mead like with some white wine character and a hint of metal. Drier finish. Fairly pleasant, but I don’t really know what to make of it.
