Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel and very hoppy - grapefruit and pine needles. Flavor is rather sweet and very bitter. Dry and very bitter finish with warming alcohol. Great beer for a hophead. 041107

Hazy beige colour. Fruity, minty, over the top hop aroma. Thick, sweet, minty, spicy taste. Sometimes it seems balanced, other times it seems like diluted hop extract. That’s an odd effect but this beer might be best in a sampling situation rather than trying to actually drink it.

Bottle courtesy of Hopscotch. Pours cloudy amber orange with minimal off white head. Big hoppy aroma. Flavor is mostly grapefruit and citrus hops with some sweetness. Very bitter and not in a good way. Medium body with average carbonation and a syrupy mouthfeel. I can’t seem to find a European DIPA that really makes me say WOW!

(Bottle at One Pint on 2008-04-21) Hazy amber. Plenty of hops in nose. Quite full palate. Lots of malts and hops in taste. Alchohol and sweetness. Salty liquorice.

Bottled. Slightly hazy deep orange golden colour with mediumsized quite lasting white head. Aroma is bigtime floweryness along with some toffee and caramel. Flavour is flowery and fruity hops with hints of zest and some mild toffeeishness. Alcohol gives a nice warming feeling while drinking. A goodly done brew.

Deep orange color, small off-white head. Nice hoppy nose. Medium-bodied. You can’t guess style wrong: flowery hoppy and bitter, same time balanced IPA. There is some honey sweetness. Ok.

50 cl botte: Pours unclear Yellow/orange with a good white head. Big american hop aroma and taste all around. Peach, citrus & grapefruit. Body is medium & carbonation is is low to medium. A bit sharp & def. power hoppy. A little maltyness - but just enough. Cheers!
