Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - London. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a small, foamy white head. Holds moderate funk, lemon, cider, grass, pale wood. Lightly astringent. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. FInishes with nips of plastic, more grass, lemony tartness. So so.

Cask at Pigs Ear ‘19, day one, 03/12/19. Golden blonde with an off white head. Nose is a touch harsh comprising straw, dirt, phenols, wood must, light Brett scrapings. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, damp wood, light brett, green apple, dusty fruits, dry rot, raw edges. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not great after a really good run of beers from these guys ... harsh and disjointed.
