Cask (gravity) @ Marble Arch, Manchester M4, UK. Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grape, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to short duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (180108)

[i] Cask at The Marble Arch Inn, Manchester 19-01-08 [/i] Some sweet malts come through on the nose but they are having to compete with the glorious aroma’s of the food that Craig and family are just about to tuck into. Beer poured a nice deep golden colour and was quite flavoursome if a little unexciting.
