Our next DDH Pale to hit the shelves is Saxo Planetariel. Idaho 7 and Citra combine to create a typically juicy pale ale. We love this style, and these two hops really show how much flavour you can pack into this slightly smaller package.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer but carrying some bits of something or other. Small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and reasonably smooth, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Smooth and slightly cereal malts. Soft pine. Soft citrus peel. A little brighter orange on the back end, mild tangerine. Serviceable but beers like this do make me wonder (again) if Cloudwater try and churn out to many beers.

Keg at Enid Street. Aroma ie sweet, herbal, slightly soapy. Hazy opaque dark g9ld. Thin foamy white head. Flavourwise we lack mayo. Fruity, floral, yeah soapy. Light-medium bitter streak. Light-medium bodied.. Soft-fizzy carbonation l. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Fluffy.. Cloudwater that doesn't d9 much for me.

Pours lightly hazed pale yellow gold with thin fluffy white head. Loads of grapefruit, fresh melon, hint of tangerine, maybe same blueberry in there. Really fresh and juicy with a little malt and bitter hop drying out the close. Lovely
