Alright, so we’ve gone heavy on the pulpy, fruit driven sour beers, but when it’s the absolute peak of summer, we find there’s nothing better than a tropical sorbet of a beer to mark our favourite time of the year.

Our head brewer Joe’s first solo designed sour since being handed the reins by Lally after he moved into a production managing role, the remit on this beer was “sitting on a lilo in a pool, supping on a freshly squeezed fruit juice”, and boy have we hit the mark.

Utilising a certified bucketload of kiwi, mango and pineapple, this beer is absolutely bursting with tropical flavour – think the breakfast bar freshly squeezed mango and pineapple juice that shakes you out of any slumber immediately, with softer sweet kiwi vibes for balance. Puckeringly tart, whilst being deliciously sweet, we’d say Joe knocked this one out the park!
