(Draught at La Tana, Brussels, 18 Oct 2023) Hazy golden colour with big, frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of peaches, bread, citrus and herbs. Fruity, spicy taste with citrus, peaches, bread, hay, herbs, a mild yeast touch and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Spicy and herbal. Solid and well made saison. Very nice.
