Backlog January 2017 (best out of three). Slightly unclear golden body under a small, dense off-white head. Aroma of grain and sweetish malt. Taste is sweet malt, light fruity and some grassy bitterness and hint of butterscotch. Medium body and same aftertaste. Rather plain and boring. Bottle sampled in 2008. Golden body with a big creamy white head. Aroma is citric fruit with unpleasant acidity. Flavor is also fruity with way too much acidity. Thin body and unpleasant aftertaste. Probably infected, need re-rating New bottle tested again in January 2015. This one also infected. Not unpleasant at all, served this to my buddies as a mild geuze and it was excepted as that. Some nice, mild acidic, fruity and funky flavors here. Still, it has nothing to do with a pilsner. Really not possible to give this a good score. .

Bottle, 66cl. A next to clear beer, golden in color, and topped by a nice, off-white head. Sourish, dusty nose with citrus and orangepeel. Sour flavor with some orangepeel bitterness and a hint of paint thinner. Medium body. It finishes as it started, with sourness and orangepeel bitterness. Not as much paint thinner as initially. The beer wasn’t beyond BB-date, but surely infected. Would like to try it fresher some day. (081031)

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with hints of acidity. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry wheaty finish which also has the straw note lingering. Thanks Myrup.

(Bottle 66 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Hazy, pale golden with a small, white head. Lightly fruity aroma. Rather light in body with a vague fruitiness - there’s a lightly overripe note in there. The finish is dry. 281207
