23/11/2025. Draft at You´ll Never Walk Alone, Kolding, Denmark (hence the glass). Got better as it warmed up nearer to a cask pour temperature.

Hand pumped at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark amber, opaque/hazy, with a little irregular foam. Aroma is weak, malty and earthy. Body is average, with close to no carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet. Final is fairly dry.

Hazy mid brown colour beer little off white head. Flavour of brown malt. Some bitterness on the finish builds. A classic ordinary bitter but it's proper bitter on the finish too. Some fruitiness from the yeast and maybe some hops. Like hedgerow but also blackcurrant and damson so maybe some willamette hops or Bramling Cross. Tasty.

Amber with a tan head. Fruity with notes of toasted malts, dough, nutty, a bit of spice. Medium bodied. Medium finish with a slightly sweet profile. Simple and nice.
