In ons aanhoudende doel om de officiële bierpartner te worden van SpaceX, brouwden we deze hevig-hoppige Double NEIPA met Hybrid Pomona gist, vloeibare Nelson Sauvin en Simcoe Cryo. Waarom? Omdat ruimtereizen gaan om cryogenics – weet je wel, ingevroren mensen die door tijd en ruimte vliegen. Dit bier is zo hoppig dat de kans op zwarte gaten gigantisch is. Voorzichtig openmaken dus.

Troebel donkergeel bier met mooi stevig schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet en fruitig met veel mango, ananas en wat citrus. Een heel klein beetje hars voor een prettige bitterheid maakt het af. Toppie!

(Draft at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 20 Feb 2025) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, tropical fruit and pineapple. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, pineapple, passionfruit, white bread and a mild citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and juicy. Very nice.

From tap at Doerak, Delft. Fruity hop with citrus, orange, tropical notes, some mango. Moderate bitterness with a light to mild sweetness. Decent, bit modest and sweetish.
