Our 2020 Rolling Thunder Imperial Stout was aged for 9 months in handmade Rolling Thunder Barrel Works barrels previously used to age our Dead Guy Whiskey. This one-of-a-kind imperial stout can be enjoyed right away or cellared for years. Either way, it's best shared among friends.
Ingredients: 2-Row Malt, Munich Malt, Rolled Oats, Naked Oats, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley, C-75 Malt, Black Malt, Cacao Nibs, Rice Hulls, Brown Sugar, Dark Belgian Candi Syrup, Cascade Hops, Free Range Coastal Water & Pacman Yeast

Bottle shared with Caesar @ Mancave Bunnik. Opaque black color, small beige head. Aroma is malts, soft roast, cocoa powder. Flavor is malts, cocoa, chocolate, whisky, bourbon, bitter. Medium to full body and carbonation. Lovely beer.

Bottled 568ml. -at X Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, chocolate and whiff of whisky in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, notes of whisky and wood with noticable alcohol. Barrel No. 28/74, Bottle No. 310/395

0.5 l bottle shared with Ogi at the X bar, Zagreb. Jet black, small beige head. Roasty, toasty, chocolate, leather, very soft peat note. Fruity notes. Cherry brandy, sweet bourbon, molasses, sweet cherry and strawberry. Some alcohol. Nice barrel presence. Dry. Full body.
