Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy copper pour with a thin off white head, aroma has light smoke, green tea and tangerine, taste has big tangerine, loads of citrus, pulpy fruits, hints of tea, quite chewy and sweet.

Pours unclear darker blonde to amber. Small white head. Smell is spicy yeast ( pepper notes ) Taste is yeasty, perfumy, aromatic, tad sweet. Pretty balanced. Def one of the best fantomes so far !

7 3 7 3 14 Draft at Beer Temple, Carnival Brettanomyces 2017. Hazy got laden orange with a small off white head. Aroma of big herbs, red berries, yeast and a touch of citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [23/06/2017]

At Brett Fest 2017. Aroma of esters, yeast and strawberry. Taste has strawberry, yeast esters and no brett actually. Nice.

Cask at In de Wildeman. Hazy dark golden to amber with small off white head. Strawberries, lots of sweet herbs, caramel, toffee, brown bread. Over medium sweet and under medium bitter. Medium bodied. Decent.
